Our Services

Roof under construction with shingles, plywood, and tools on top.
  • We remove old roofing materials and fix any damage to the roof. New underlayment is applied for waterproofing, new shingles and capping are installed. Ventilation systems, either ridge venting or new roof vents are installed/replaced. The airflow of an attic is a very important detail that is discussed during the estimation process. Finally, the roof is inspected, and the area is cleaned up, restoring the roof’s function, appearance, and protection against the elements.

  • We provide comprehensive roof repairs to current leaks and problematic areas on your roof.  Common repairs are fixing damaged shingles, addressing flashing issues, replacing deteriorated roof decking, and resolving ventilation problems to ensure adequate air flow and minimize condensation. Roof repairs are effective in keeping your roof durable and protecting your home from problems in the future.

  • A new construction roof refers to roofing installation services we provide during the initial construction phase of single family homes, townhomes and multiple family complexes. There is no removal of old material with this process. If you are a Builder or a Homeowner looking to have a new roof built on their home, please contact us for more information, we would love to work with you!

  • A roof inspection is a thorough assessment of a roof’s condition, performed as part of regular maintenance, to identify any potential issues or areas of concern. This service is ideal before buying or selling a home with, or after a windstorm. It can prevent costly repairs and extend the life of the roof. Pictures and an estimate of recommended repairs are included in this service.

maintenance services

  • We provide Moss Removal and Treatment for roofs, which involves lightly brushing off the roof to remove moss and then apply solutions to prevent it from returning. We include a free cleaning of the gutters in this service. Yearly maintenance and frequent inspections are recommended to keep moss from reappearing and to ensure the roof remains in great condition.

If you see moss on your roof, contact us and we would be happy to guide you in your next step.

  • Our gutter cleaning service involves thoroughly removing debris, leaves, and dirt from gutters and downspouts to ensure proper water flow and prevent clogs. We start by inspecting the gutters and provide a quote based on how much cleaning is required. This service involves cleaning the property of any additional gutter debris. Regular gutter cleaning helps protect your roof and the foundation of your home from water damage. We recommend having this service performed during the Spring and Fall.

  • We offer pressure washing services to driveways, walkways, siding, gutters, decks etc. If you are unsure if we can clean it, ask us and we would love to provide you with a free estimate.

  • Your downspouts can require replacement, whether it’s damaged from usage and age, or weather. We are happy to provide estimates for direct replacement of your downspouts and any additional replacements of gutters/eavestroughs that may be needed to ensure your exteriors are working properly.

frequently asked questions

  • Understand that costs can vary significantly based on several factors. The key factors are the type of roofing material you choose, the size and complexity, and the current condition of your roof.

Which is why we recommend getting your free estimate.

  • The lifespan of a roof largely depends on the material used, installation quality, and maintenance.

Factors such as climate, weather conditions, and regular inspections play a critical role in ensuring the longevity of a roof. Homeowners should be proactive in maintaining their roofs to maximise their lifespan and protect their investment.

    • Asphalt shingles can last 15 to 30 years

    • Metal roofs may last for 40 to 70 years.

    • Tile and slate roofs often lasting over 100 years with proper care

  • Look for the following indicators: curling or missing shingles; dark spots or stains on your ceiling; granules from shingles accumulating in gutters; and rusted or damaged flashing around chimneys and vents. Additionally, sagging areas in the roof surface may point to structural problems. Regular inspections can help you identify these issues before they escalate, ensuring your roof remains in good condition for years to come.

  • We work in both residential and commercial spaces, whether you are a Homeowner or a Builder.

We also work with Property Management Companies, Contractors, Tradesmen, Business Owners, Insurance Companies, and Home Inspectors.
