the founder
I started in the Roofing Industry in 2005 when working summers in between finishing school. 2 years later I moved into full time roofing and was trained by a local company that was passionate about quality workmanship.
After 7 years of Roofing in the Lower Mainland I moved to Calgary, Alberta where I became a Roofing Technician for the largest, fastest growing Roofing Company in the area. Specializing in roof inspections, diagnosing, quoting and repairing leaks in problematic & complicated areas. I spent 4 years there honing my skills and growing in the Roofing and Exteriors industry.
My career shifted when I moved back to Abbotsford to work for my Dad’s family business in the RV industry. My passion for roofing was channeled into RV roof jobs and waterproofing. During those years I still took on roofing jobs on the side.
Now I have 20 years of experience, and decided it was time to start my own company to serve this community full time.

Our company name came from years ago when my brother and I would take on roofing side projects together- both of our names end in ON so thus ON AND ON was established!
